Andy Rupp Andy Rupp is a post-doctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He holds a MSc Degree in Computer Science (Dipl.-Inform) from Saarland University, Germany (2004), and a PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Sciences (Dr.-Ing.) from the Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany (2008). He received a PhD Fellowship as part of the DFG (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft) Graduiertenkolleg for mathematical and engineering methods in secure communication. His research interests include practical aspects of cryptography and security like efficient architectures for cryptographic and cryptanalytic applications as well as theoretical aspects like number-theoretic assumptions and models of computation. |
